4 Great Album from Commom
Common has always been on of my favorite rappers, but this is the first time that I bought a Common album, ever since I first heard him on the "Soundbombing" album on "1-9-9-9". I knew this would be a great cd, plus with the extra stamp on it from Kanye West's production. The best songs include "They Say" w/ Kanye West & John Legend, "Be", and "Testify". Go out and support a great artist by addin' this to your collection.

5 I Wish I Could Give You This Feeling....
Common, despite the name is not your average rapper. Ever since he first dropped there has been something different about him that separated him from the rest of the pack. Even though his last album was REALLY different and out there, he manages to return to form on the critically acclaimed BE. When I first heard the single 'The Corner' I knew that the Common that I knew was back. That song took me back to Like Water For Chocolate, the 6th Sense. Heaven on a track. That song made BE a must cop unlike Electric Circus where I hesitated for a while and then committed the cardinal sin of downloading ( good thing I didn't waste my money on Electric Circus!). I must say that this album doesn't disappoint one bit. Clocking in a 43 minutes this album is a complete classic. Common's lyrics are top notch. He's stepped his game up for sure (he was already on a high level). Kayne West comes through like only he can as he produces some beautiful memorable tracks. My favorite songs on this album are Go, The Corner, They Say, Chi City, and Love Is but all the songs are gems. This is a cd that you can play anywhere; at a bbq, chillin by yaself, chillin wit ya girl, chillin wit ya homies, ridin down 85 (the highway) its just complete quality. The album flows along seamlessly with no pointless interlude interruptions, just dope music for 43 minutes. What more could you ask for out of an album? 5 stars. One of the best albums of the year so far without a doubt.
